Coors For Concern: Part 1 - With Diana Delgado Cornejo

This week, we are again joined by the wonderful Diana Delgado Cornejo as we close out pride month with a surprisingly relevant topic - the Coors Boycott! In this first half, we explore the origins of Coors family- who they were, why they were important, and what set them up to be the center of a history making boycott!

1 1/2 oz. Gran Centenario Reposado Tequila

1/2 oz. Las Californias Nativo Gin

1 oz. fresh lime juice

Dokkaebier Seoul to Soul beer

Combine all ingredients except for the beer in a shaker with ice, and shake until chilled. Strain into a pilsner glass over fresh ice, and top with the Seoul to Soul, and garnish with a lime wedge.
